Spooky Bat Garland Oct 25 Written By Amy Plante Welcome to Day 25 of 31 Days of Halloween Crafts! Today we’re making a spooky bat garland. Materials:- black craft paper- sewing machine- black thread First, make yourself a bat template. I recommend making it as simple as possible so it’s easier to cut out. Fold or stack your paper so you have a few layers, as many as you can cut in one go. Trace the template onto the paper. Use paper clips to keep your layers together and cut out the bats. When you have a bunch ready to go, you can attach them together. On your sewing machine, carefully stitch along the length of the bat. When you get to the other side, keep sewing to create a thread tail before laying down the next bat to stitch. This allows the bats to have space between them on your garland. Keep going for as many bats as you want, and your garland is complete. Amy Plante
