Twinkle Light Spiderweb Oct 24 Written By Amy Plante Welcome to Day 24 of 31 Days of Halloween Crafts! Today we’re making a twinkle light spiderweb. Materials:- LED wire lights- matching wire- silver beads To start, you need some kind of frame to build the web off of. If you don’t want to put nails in your wall, you could use those removable stick-on hooks. If you want your web to sit in a corner, make sure your frame has an L shape on one side. I have the battery pack at the top because I’m planning on hanging the web in a window and hiding the battery pack above the frame. I have a 4 meter strand of lights and I’m not sure exactly how much area that will cover, so I’m going to start mapping out the web and trying to distribute the lights across as much space as possible. If you had a long enough strand, you could do the whole web in lights. Now I’m going to fill in the spaces with the silver wire, and make little loops of beads along the way to catch the light and sparkle. If it’s easier, you can prepare a length of wire with the beads before weaving it into the web. Fill in as much as you want, then hang up and enjoy. Amy Plante
