Infuse your wine for the Summer Solstice.

Summer is on its way, and I think we could all use a little sunshine in our lives. The beginning of June is the perfect time to try this infused wine recipe. It would also be delicious with any non-alcoholic light juice beverage! Infuse your bottles this weekend in time for the Summer Solstice (June 21st).

RECIPE

Herb Infused Summer Wine

  • 1 bottle of light white wine (such as Riesling or Pinot Grigio)

  • 2 to 3 sprigs of lemon balm (or your favorite fresh herb)

Open the wine and pour a little out to make room for the herbs. Stuff the clean, dry herbs into the bottle. Leave to steep in the fridge for 2 weeks. Enjoy!
